ABOUT
The mission of the Tar River Players is to provide the highest quality theatrical productions to Tarboro, Edgecombe County, and the surrounding communities. The Tar River Players is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
TRP partners with Edgecombe Memorial Library to sponsor a drama club for youth ages 5-17 on the first Wednesday of every month. Call Edgecombe Memorial Library for more information.
"The Education of Miss Ida" will be held as readers theatre at Edgecombe Memorial Library in May. For more information please leave your information in our Contacts page or call the library at the link above.
Tarborough Faire will take place on September 26, 2026. We are currently seeking street performers, minstrels and good Faire Folk to help. Please go to our Contact page for more information.
